If you are currently a mother of a child between the ages of 7 weeks and 3 years, these classes are for you! Meet other local mommies and have fun bonding with your baby. You will engage in a variety of exercises specifically designed for new moms and will incorporate your child as part of the workout.  

Our next 8 week session begins the week of January 14th.  Purchase your package and sign up today for the classes you want by clicking on the link above!    

Mom & Baby Fitness Classes: 

Mondays with Jessy: a great total body class involving your child and the use of a medicine ball, bands and other equipment to tone & strengthen your body.

Wednesdays with Rebecca: this class will get your heart rate pumping by making use of jogging strollers and bands to target your core, legs and arms.
Saturdays with Jessy:
a great total body class with additional accomodations made for soon to be mothers.  You will involve your child or a medicine ball to tone your legs, arms, and core.  
Cost: If you are new to our Mom & Baby Fitness program, you can check out a class for $15 for the day.  Our 8 week session is priced at $96 and our 15 class package is $150.  If you want to join a session once it has begun, we will pro-rate the price for you if there is still room in the class you choose.  If you were lucky enough to purchase our living social package, you have 5 classes to use within our 8 week session. 

Payment:  Checks, made payable to Top Form, cash & all major credit cards are accepted.

Expectations:  You must sign up for your classes within the first week of the session at home by clicking here, or in person at your first class.  Payment is due prior to to the session.  For Mom & Baby Fitness Classes, bring a carrier to set your child in if they need it, a front carrier (if you have one), a stroller if you are attending the Wednesday class with Rebecca and your child, of course!

Living Social: If you were lucky enough to purchase a package through living social, you have 5 classes to use over the course of an 8 week session (the next one begins January 14th).  Its a great way to try out different classes to see what you like best.  First, you will need to click on the link above and create and account.  From here, you will have two options.  Your first option is to sign up for all 5 classes now and when prompted for payment, you will choose "unpaid".  Your second option is to sign up for your first class now and choose "unpaid." We will then help you sign up for the remaining 4 classes when you come to Top Form for your first class.  Make sure you bring your voucher with you to your first class.
